Commissions and Prices

I currently offer pet portraits in pastels or coloured pencil. You will find the sizes I offer and my current prices listed below, please contact me if you would like to discuss alternative sizing and options. 

Prices are based on a portrait without a background, your portrait will be mounted and unframed. The price includes UK postage & packaging (Royal Mail First Class, Tracked). Shipping outside of the UK is available at an extra cost.

You will be required to provide good quality photographs, it is important to note that the drawing can only be as detailed as the original picture and unfortunately I cannot work from blurry photographs. The best photographs are those which are taken at eye level of your pet and in natural light as this ensures the true colour of your pet‘s fur is reflected. The photograph needs to be fully in focus and show detail of key features e.g eyes and nose. If you have any questions or concerns about photographs, please get in touch so we can discuss further.

In order to secure your booking, I require a 20% non-refundable deposit which can be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer. Once your deposit is received I will diarise your portrait for the next date that I have available.

The timescale for completing a portrait can vary from weeks to months and as such, if you require a portrait for a special ocassion I would recommend that you book as early as possible.

I will send you updates and progress photographs throughout. Once your drawing is fully complete, you will receive a final photograph and it is only once you have confirmed that you are 100% happy that the final balance is requested. Upon receipt of the final balance, your portrait is packaged and sent to you.
